Area:2000m2Office BIM project is located in Iraq and consists of an employee’s office, Meeting room, conference hall, Monitoring room, and other service rooms.
The Client’s purposes were Clash Detective 3 discipline of the project and interior design according to the BIM process.
So, due to the execution of the project structure, there was no need for high LOD modeling in this discipline. only the main model and its visualization were carried out in the BIM process for the Office BIM project.
We also have collaborated in the Modern interior design and BIM modeling 3-discipline.
Also, one of the most important points in our interior design was, providing comfort to the employees.
In the interior design of the office BIM project, the arrangement of furniture and lighting, the use of colors, ensuring proper ventilation, and other elements have been taken into account in a manner that fulfills this important goal.
The project was modeled in Revit, and renders were done in Enscape.
Office BIM Project challenges
One of the challenges of the interior design of the Office BIM project was the significant height of the office Ceiling.
Considering the desired window views at this height, it was not feasible to position the false ceiling at a lower elevation.
Given that the excessive ceiling height did not fit appropriately for office space, the selection of MDF for the final wall covering and the layout of the tiles, emphasizing their horizontal lines, helped achieve the expected proportions.
Using the BIM process helped us prepare a comprehensive list of all the MDF modules, including their dimensions and color-coding so that we could quickly and accurately provide the client with a complete inventory for the execution of the office BIM project.
After modeling the structure, using and discussing with the mechanical design group, the approximate elevation of the ceiling for the project spaces was determined, and the interior architectural design and modeling under the BIM process began for office BIM project.

After designing the MEP and modeling in the BIM process, the coordination process commenced to detect and resolve challenging clashes using Navisworks.
