Area:12000m2Mirdamad project is a mega-scale mixed use bim project that contains an office, food court, shopping center, and multistory parking in 13 stories. As a first step, we had a free consultant meeting to know more about his wishes and also get information about the benefit of BIM MODELING, especially for this bim project that you can see the information in the pictures below.
We have collaborated in the Architectural and MEP discipline. Also, with interior design (modern style).
The project was modeled in Revit, and renders were done in Enscape and Lumion that have good result.
Mix-used BIM Project challenges
The challenge of this bim project in this case is its multi-user nature. Due to different uses on different floors, the design of facilities and their modeling at high levels required many meetings with the project’s facilities and the structural design team. Therefore, numerous and regular meetings with design teams in different fields are crucial for our team in large-scale and high-level tasks.

Architectural details
Apart from BIM modeling, THE SERVIces provided in mixed used BIM projects also include interior design sections. Therefore, the design of architectural details at the executive level has been fundamental. On the other hand, all architectural details had to be modeled to benefit from the benefits of BIM technology. Therefore, the satabim team worked on the detailed design of the executive details. After detailing procedures in the form of drafting, a tremendous amount of accuracy was needed for their 3D modeling. Finally this brought relatively severe challenges to the bim project, so several people designed and drew two-dimensional details simultaneously. Several people modeled them in consultation with the BIM experts present on the team.
